1. To do other things, you have to do a search within the app to find the option to even do it! I'm over them after over 20 years of being a customer! Leaving ASAP!Price goes up every 3 months some new fee added.
2. The service is fine it's all the little things that's added up over the years that's lead me to feel that paying 130 a month for one line is not worth it in this economy.As many people have stated, this app is terrible.
