1. I'm not getting the email to reset my passwordi had the wella app on my other phone but since i got a new phone it wont download on this new phone.

2. login doesnt work.After the most recent update, the app can't start and constantly crashesIt's not letting me login .... and when I go to reset my password.

3. I don't know who designed this app but it's horrible.I'm trying to register on the app and everytime I get to the space where I put my state, it exits out of the app and I have to start all over.

1. Fix Wella Professionals Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Wella Professionals: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

  3. Clear Wella Professionals app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wella Professionals servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wella Professionals" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Wella Professionals app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wella Professionals might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Wella Professionals. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wella Professionals then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wella Professionals not working
