1. Kindly do the needful.After update While opening the app..i get a blank screen... Same issue again after a yearDO NOT UPDATE TO THE CURRENT VERSION! I lost all of the profiles saved on a previous version, loosing so much precious data is not acceptable.

2. You have keep the GPS closed and select the location manually then it works fine 💪I do enjoy the content , but as someone else shared my widgets work when I sign in but getting busy then returning it goes back to if I didn't subscribe.

3. What if the same thing repeats!What happened? It's not working at all now...total black out screen? After installing, it keeps loading ... it's stuck to the location... doesn't go beyond...bad app experience!!! I'm writing again and changing to 5stars.

4. Saved profiles did not transfer to the new app version.Not loading anything... When I try to open it, it is loading which is not going to complete.The AstroVed Assistant app is awesome.

5. However recently when I tried to open the app, my profiles vanished and the customer support said my profile never existed and asked me to register again!!! That's ridiculous.

6. I had been using the app for over a year and had saved a lot of profiles in it.

7. 99cents is worth the information and enlighten, but the widgets are not setup or can handle staying signed in.

8. They give SO MUCH useful information for no charge, and you are able to get more precise information from a certified AstroVed jyotisha.

1. Fix AstroVed Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AstroVed: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AstroVed App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AstroVed" » Open AstroVed –Astrology & Remedies » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AstroVed » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AstroVed –Astrology & Remedies app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AstroVed servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AstroVed –Astrology & Remedies" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AstroVed app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AstroVed might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AstroVed. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AstroVed then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AstroVed not working

2. Fix AstroVed Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AstroVed be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AstroVed not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AstroVed may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
