1. [Added a couple weeks later] So? When are you going to fix this app.?I've had this app for years and LOVED IT! Now I think it crashes, it's not able to connect it just says"oh my stats, something went wrong" but it's sending daily reminders to check my daily message! Please fix it!This was a favorite app I used daily until it broke 2 years ago & stopped being able to retrieve any data.

It just keeps telling me that there's data missing but it's not asking me for data and I keep tapping whatever icons are up and nothing allows me to enter anything.I love this app and have used it for years, but I am having an issue every time I open it it it says "oh my stars some of the data can not be retrieved" and won't let me do anything.

3. I really miss using this app it was my favourite and I would really love to see it up and go again?Revised review Play store or the developer needs to take it down! I was using the app for a good 2 years with rare occasional glitches which they fixed almost immediately if not immediately.

4. As soon as I click on the app to open it I receive an error message that says "Oh my stars! Some of the data could not be retrieved" and I can not get any further than that.

5. I used it for a long time! Anyhow I stopped using it about a year ago because it seemed like the creator just abandoned the app and has no intention of fixing the app!Some of the data could bot be received.

6. Now, for the second time, it is back to the "Oh My Stars! Some of the data could not be retrieved." message and the app stalls there and stops.

7. Sadly after two long years the app still cannot retrieve any data & thus is seemingly permanently damaged.

8. I sent an email to bring attention to this problem that (reviews show) has been occurring for 2 or 3 months now.

9. If developers fix this app to what it used to be, I'd 100% recommend, but they've had horrible upkeep.Keep getting error messages for the past couple of days.

1. Fix Horoscopes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Horoscopes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Horoscopes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Horoscopes" » Open Horoscopes by Astrology.com » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Horoscopes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Horoscopes by Astrology.com app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Horoscopes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Horoscopes by Astrology.com" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Horoscopes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Horoscopes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Horoscopes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Horoscopes then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Horoscopes not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Horoscopes be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
