Tried closing and reopening app as well as reinstalling, only for it to say the same.My birth chart worked then I tried doing my son's it won't work gives me error unable to retrieve pls check my input info which I know is accurate considering I gave birth to this child but regardless I double checked everything not sure why it won't work.
