Why should I report an Issue with Dhikr & Dua - Quran & Sunnah?

1. ● Edit: I don't like the redesign much🔸the playlist object in the main page that autoloads audio files is annoying & I wanna remove it🔸seems harder to find specific duas🔸the side menu navigation when viewing duas is outdated & seems unorganized🔸going into a category should list its duas instead of just arbitrarily showing oneIt seems new design didn' impress everyone, as simplicity of the app has lost, but it's still very good.

2. May Allah reward all of those involved, this has been so helpful for a revert like me.The app is good but at the same time the layout of duas is very confusing.

3. It would have been even better if there was an option for us to add our own duas, nothing complicated like getting it uploaded to app for everyone, just something like a notepad to note down our own duas so that we can use it at the time of need.Great app mashallah.

4. For future updates could you please add the following, dark mode for night time use and also a navigation bar so I can rewind and forward the audio for duas.

11. The audio is excellent, every dua comes with both title and transliteration (haven't found an app has both) and every dua was easily found via the search feature.

1. Fix Dhikr & Dua Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dhikr & Dua: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dhikr & Dua App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dhikr & Dua" » Open Dhikr & Dua - Quran & Sunnah » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dhikr & Dua » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dhikr & Dua - Quran & Sunnah app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dhikr & Dua servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dhikr & Dua - Quran & Sunnah" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dhikr & Dua app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dhikr & Dua might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dhikr & Dua. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dhikr & Dua then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dhikr & Dua not working

2. Fix Dhikr & Dua Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dhikr & Dua be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dhikr & Dua not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dhikr & Dua may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
