I love the app.I see some improvements using it again, but there's 1 missing option which is very crucial and that's the option to exclude all contacts and reply only unsaved numbers, i have a business and this option is very important to me, if it becomes available then I'll rate higher and buy a yearly subscription Another suggestion: it should have a permanent log to remember the option "send once" even after turning it off and back on, it resends again to the same people the message that it already sentgave it every opportunity to function.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix IM Auto Reply Issues

1. Fix IM Auto Reply Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart IM Auto Reply: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the IM Auto Reply App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IM Auto Reply" » Open IM Auto Reply » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IM Auto Reply » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear IM Auto Reply app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IM Auto Reply servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IM Auto Reply" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check IM Auto Reply app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IM Auto Reply might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall IM Auto Reply. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IM Auto Reply then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IM Auto Reply not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IM Auto Reply be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IM Auto Reply may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
