About TrackFast

1. Item Lost Alarm: Your phone will sound alert when it is separated from the beacon device, and the app will alsol record the separated GPS location to make you find the item back more easily.

2. Find items: Tap the "Ring" button on the App and the TrackFast device will sound alert and flash LED light.

3. Find Phone: Hold the button on the TrackFast device to make your phone alert.

4. Selfie: The button on the TrackFast device also doubles as a camera remote.

5. Wifi Safe Area: When you connect to those selected WiFi networks, distance alerts are disabled in the TrackFast app to avoid constant alerts.

1. So if I was to accidentally leave my phone at a store there is no way for me to find it once I get out of range.Say if you're traveling and your significant other realizes she cannot find her keys so you open your app and it's out of range you're keys are gone forever.I'm sure if I lose my keys within a hundred feet I'm going to find them in short amount of time.But if I lose them more than a mile I will be clueless where my item is.This device is worthlessWouldn't know how well it works because there's no way to save the device on the app.

I can connect to it, it just doesn't show up on the list at all, thus, I can't track it.App crash when to take photo The distance seperation is very ridiculous for such device, only can connect within eye sight, which is useless and defeat the purpose.I don't know how the device range is so far.

3. Location was spot on, altered me that I was away from the device at a pretty close range, until I turned the safe WiFi function on, the battery level of the device indicated it is only half from directly out of the box, you have choices for alert sounds and photos of items connected.

4. I'll update if I need to.Easy great device never been so much time saved, trying to figure out what I did with my keys and wallet.

5. Pl helpOver all performance is okay, But auto reconnect of tracker is not possible, whenever we reached out of range and restart the mobile or app auto reconnect in not done automatically.

6. There is no option to trigger the phone with the help of the iTrack 1 smart tracker.Doesn't work it only tells me the location I first started from.

7. Need improvement for auto reconnect in all cases..The tracking only works within 100 ft.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TrackFast Issues

1. Fix TrackFast Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TrackFast: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TrackFast App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TrackFast" » Open TrackFast » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TrackFast » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TrackFast app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TrackFast servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TrackFast" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TrackFast app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TrackFast might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TrackFast. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TrackFast then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TrackFast not working


2. Fix TrackFast Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TrackFast be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TrackFast not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TrackFast may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
