Zosi Smart Customer Insights

1. Another thing most of the recordings are not fluid, they get stuck and cut what is happening.... just using to watch it in real-time others functions do not work properly...If you want a system that is actually going to work when you need it, then DO NOT get Zosi.

2. Everytime the system updated the app won't open the cameras unless you unplug each camera and plug them back in.Love this camera system.

3. Glitches every other time you want to navigate away from viewing cameras then back to them.

4. Most of the time when I want to watch the recordings in a specific time and hour I'm no able to watch it because the app set the recordings from the beginning and this is so frustrating.

5. Overall, I'm pleased and would recommend this system.Everytime I try to playback when I get an alert on my phone all I get is a black screen and no video.

6. The worst part is the playback option, which usually refuses to work because it thinks that someone is still viewing a playback even though no one is actually doing so.

7. There's a layout with 4 cameras from top to bottom in portrait mode - the best I've seen on any camera app.

8. Click the word "Fluent" when viewing an individual camera and change it to "Clear" to make it... well, clear, I guess.

9. I like you all's equipment and cameras but if the buffering doesn't stop.

10. Would like to be able configure a camera (front door) to open automatically when a person is detected.

11. I have to reset the whole system for it to finally work for about a week then does it again.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Zosi Smart Issues

1. Fix Zosi Smart Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Zosi Smart: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Zosi Smart App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zosi Smart" » Open Zosi Smart » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zosi Smart » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Zosi Smart app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zosi Smart servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zosi Smart" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Zosi Smart app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zosi Smart might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Zosi Smart. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zosi Smart then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zosi Smart not working


2. Fix Zosi Smart Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zosi Smart be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zosi Smart not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zosi Smart may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

    Based on issues when I changed the login password in app other person using the same account is still logged in so now I have to create a different one to get the other unwanted users off the account
