1. I only use this app for viewing pptx files which my Ma'am sends on my tablet so as long as I don't use the options it works fine, that's all I need that's why two stars, but it only deserves one star, this is a really bad app.This app actually sucks, I downloaded it as a way to save my online school work (during lock down) to a different file and it just couldn't do it, all of those five star reviews are fake this app is riddled with ads, and sometimes just won't open at all!! I recommend you don't download it, it's just a waste of your storage.Doesn't launch from gmail if I click on a document, loads for a while then crashes.

I like this app because I can get all documents in one app and it works faster then other apps I my experience is pleasent after utilizing this wonderfull app so I will suggest you to download this app and get delightful experienceIt's a very useless app!!! Installed it open power point presentation which i made in my pc.

3. The moment you open the app the first time after installation you get a 10 second ad, like I know ads are necessary for free apps but jesus christ dude, let me get a look at the interface first before you start bombarding me with apps.

4. The default MIUI doc handler is pretty disastrous but its atleast better than this dirty , obnoxious piece of software.When ever you want to open a document the ad pops out and stay there for 15 in some cases 25 sec.

5. You have to close them every time you open a document before actually viewing it.

6. Sometimes it cannot even view a document, it just open, then closes itself without an error or reason.

7. Imagine what if you clicked a wrong file, you have to wait for another ad to complete it's sweet time to view the next one.

8. It opens some documents while missing others, though this could be an operator issue, I have not had time to figure that out because of disruptive rating requests.

9. I am more than happy to rate favorably after I have had time to work with it and find it meets my needs.

1. Fix All Document Reader Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart All Document Reader: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the All Document Reader App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "All Document Reader" » Open All Document Reader: Word, PDF » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for All Document Reader » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear All Document Reader: Word, PDF app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from All Document Reader servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "All Document Reader: Word, PDF" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check All Document Reader app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, All Document Reader might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall All Document Reader. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall All Document Reader then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing All Document Reader not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make All Document Reader be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to All Document Reader not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
