1. EarthQuake allows you to monitor the earthquakes occurring around the world.

1. There was update, and so, I quit and unstalled this apps.Can you,please,put in settings km/miles/near me settings because a lot of people want to be alerted for quakes near them.I'm in Croatia and I need alerts/info about ma region and all in 600km around me(mostly southeast Europe).

2. It's a grate app, the best design of the competition, a lot of functionality (Seismograph, Map, List, Stadistics) , everything can be settle (Custom UI, grate UX, a lot of options to choose) but just missing some way to narrow down the alerts by distance threshold.

3. I did not want to receive hundreds of notifications a day for every 3.0+ earthquake worldwide so I uninstalled the app.I have to shut the app down every time I use it for it to update info on samsung a71.

4. (All temblors on the fastest sites are 5-10 minutes behind due to processing.)It did not update info of earthquake report.

5. everything else is good.There is no way to constrict the range of alerts that you receive by distance.

6. So this nice to be able to monitor what's going on.Hard to figure out.

7. I tell you it's very annoying but if it wasn't for this it would be 5*.I had the advanced one for months and paid for it.

8. It lags about 45 to 90 minutes behind "live" reports.

10. I live the heart of this country so we don't get many earthquakes.

1. Fix EarthQuake Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EarthQuake: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EarthQuake App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EarthQuake" » Open EarthQuake » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EarthQuake » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EarthQuake app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EarthQuake servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EarthQuake" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EarthQuake app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EarthQuake might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EarthQuake. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EarthQuake then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EarthQuake not working

2. Fix EarthQuake Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EarthQuake be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EarthQuake not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EarthQuake may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
