This is a good app which shows the connected OTG with USB & it helps me to read what's there in the pendrive.But it will not help to move,copy or transfer files from phone to USB or USB to phone.Even it will not useful to see images through slide show,we hve to go back again & again to see next image.*Please provide that feature*Every test says my phone should work with USB Stick.

3. There should be an online support group for the app so other users can help and the creator of the app can see what problems people are having.This app consistently finds and reads the OTG device, which is more than I can say for even the file manager than comes with my phone.

1. Restart OTG Disk Explorer Lite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OTG Disk Explorer Lite App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OTG Disk Explorer Lite" » Open OTG Disk Explorer Lite » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OTG Disk Explorer Lite » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OTG Disk Explorer Lite app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OTG Disk Explorer Lite servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OTG Disk Explorer Lite" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OTG Disk Explorer Lite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OTG Disk Explorer Lite might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OTG Disk Explorer Lite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OTG Disk Explorer Lite then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OTG Disk Explorer Lite not working
