1. Trying to browse through all their content is frustrating because when you come out of whatever item you went into, you end up back at the beginning of the list of items! AMC needs to hire a real programmer and not a summer intern to rewrite this trash app.Absolutely the worst streaming service, most of the time there is play back issues, the app freezes regularly, and they have the guts to still charge $8.99 a month.

2. Which works perfectly on both of my devices!Your reviews are horrendous, please if you work at AMC, read and learn , there is great potential! Why is there no option to quick add a show to "my favorites"? It doesn't show where you've left off and it doesn't autoplay... This is pretty basic stuff for streaming services.

4. We're improving and expanding the service as quickly as we can" what 2 freaking year's.App is awful! It doesn't ever save the correct place on shows/movies for the continue watching, so you have to remember where you left off.

5. Literally nothing works right; the "my list" function doesn't save half of the shows, the casting function force-restarts the show EVERYTIME if your device screen turns off.

6. Watched two episodes and now I can't get the app to work properly on either device! Disappointing! Deleted the apps and service and started a new series on Netflix.

1. Fix AMC+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AMC+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AMC+ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AMC+" » Open AMC+ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AMC+ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AMC+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AMC+ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AMC+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AMC+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AMC+ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AMC+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AMC+ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AMC+ not working

2. Fix AMC+ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AMC+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AMC+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AMC+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
