Why should I report an Issue with Score Center for Phase 10?

1. Plus i was hoping that when you got through the 10th phase it would end the game and show the winner instead of going on to phase 11.

2. I only gave it 2 stars because I was hoping that once I bought the app that it might open up more phase ten games as there are many different versions of phase 10 you can play.

4. Theres a mobile version of the game and those are phase levels in that.

5. Also i wish you could say who dealt the first hand and there would be an indicator of who should be dealing the hand.This is a good game.

7. Good thing it's only $.99.When creating new sets we're given specific choices as in sets, runs, and all of 1 color, but I would like the options of even and odds to be a choice for the numbers.

9. It'd be extra nice if there was a way of putting in how many phases you wanted to play at the beginning, so when you got to the end, the winner's name would be highlighted or something.

10. I really like it, but have one suggestion... can you add a feature to show whose deal it is? Like maybe a highlight of each player, in order, after each round is fully scored?Decent app.

1. Fix Score Center Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Score Center: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Score Center App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Score Center" » Open Score Center for Phase 10 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Score Center » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Score Center for Phase 10 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Score Center servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Score Center for Phase 10" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Score Center app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Score Center might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Score Center. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Score Center then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Score Center not working

2. Fix Score Center Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Score Center be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Score Center not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Score Center may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
