1. This is it, and on the plus side it has the rules and regulations right in the app with the benefit of phase 10 twist!!!! A whole other set of 10 phases.So far so good but it should have some more error checking, i.e. when you enter 0 points for a player but do not check the "phase complete" box, it should alert you and give you an option to do do.

MINOR: I had donated, but still not able to remove the ads, be nice to not have ads.I like the idea of the app, and it is helpful for the current round goals to be displayed, but I couldn't advance one player to the next round until everybody had completed that round.....not sure if I'm doing something wrong?Been playing phase 10 for years using another app.

1. Fix Phase10 Counter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Phase10 Counter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Phase10 Counter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Phase10 Counter" » Open Phase10 Counter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Phase10 Counter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Phase10 Counter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Phase10 Counter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Phase10 Counter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Phase10 Counter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Phase10 Counter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Phase10 Counter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Phase10 Counter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Phase10 Counter not working

2. Fix Phase10 Counter Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Phase10 Counter be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Phase10 Counter not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Phase10 Counter may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
