3. Brinks, you seriously need to improve your product to remain competitive.I got the system as a replacement for the now defunct AT&T security system.
4. The only suggestion i have is the ability to modify the length of time you have to disarm the system once triggered before the alarm goes off.

6. You hear the chime of the door bell in the house then you try to connect with the caller via video app but 8/10 times it doesn't launch.

If, I needed to really use my app and turn on if something was to happen which probably never will because I live way out in the country, but it would be nice to know that I can push the buttons on my phone and arm it, if I needed to.Clunky with random issues like cameras no longer working or recording randomly.
8. Reaching out to customer service costs too much time, especially when trying to get through automation prompts and 'unusually high call volumes' (if it's unusual, then why every time?).
9. If I forget to arm the house when going out, it doesn't notify me.
10. Notification settings are confusing, it's either too many notifications or you accidentally shut off parts of the system.
