Houstkeeping Customer Insights

1. I love Airsorted and they always try to do the best for their cleaners and this app shows it!Don't even bother when you do go to the website and try to sign up they ask you too apply for a housekeeping gig but the gig is nowhere near you, set up is awful and apparently they're not really good at communicating even their reply to reviews seem rudeworse service ever.

2. Also when selecting location the only option is USA or "North America" you cant select specific states or cities.

3. It also seems a little easy to sign up as a customer or client but very difficult to find where to register.

4. As I navigated through the website I can only find administrative positions and none are in America not that I was applying for any of them.

5. At least from what I've seen.Help please, I cant complete my registration.

6. It keeps taking me back to the same pagethe app is implementing each month so it's getting better and better.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Houstkeeping Issues

1. Fix Houstkeeping Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Houstkeeping: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Houstkeeping App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Houstkeeping" » Open Houstkeeping » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Houstkeeping » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Houstkeeping app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Houstkeeping servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Houstkeeping" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Houstkeeping app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Houstkeeping might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Houstkeeping. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Houstkeeping then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Houstkeeping not working


2. Fix Houstkeeping Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Houstkeeping be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
