Edit: I'm in the market for another scale but seeing as the app has not had any bug fixes or updates in almost a year, I'm going to assume this company no longer supports their products.These guys can definitely build precision scales! Software on the other hand... not so much! 7 attempts of installing and uninstalling and now I have given up.

2. Glad I inherited these as I would return if I had purchased.Crashes when trying to brew Samsung s10e, loses connection between the scale.

3. Also, after plotting an espresso brew for example, it would be nice if the end of the brew was triggered by removing the cup and the scale returning to zero again.Horrible. If you are getting the scale for its app functionally don't.

4. This app keeps getting worse instead of better, it's an absolute disgrace for the Acaia brand! It was enough that - for the previous version - you had to dig through comments and reviews to find out that you had to turn on location permissions (what for??) to not have the app crash every time after the its initial start.

5. I have tried clearing data, cache, unpairing Bluetooth, uninstalling the app, reinstalling - attempt to repair - no joy 😠.Early days for me but it seems to work well.

6. It just loads the Acaia feed when I choose to take a picture from the camera.Stopped connecting to the scale after two uses.

1. Restart Acaia Coffee: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Acaia Coffee App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Acaia Coffee" » Open Acaia Coffee » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Acaia Coffee » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Acaia Coffee app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Acaia Coffee servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Acaia Coffee" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Acaia Coffee app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Acaia Coffee might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Acaia Coffee. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Acaia Coffee then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Acaia Coffee not working
