1. I dont know how long I can keep paying for a subscription that is poor and you dont care to fix it.Update: the full screen mode works now.. but it is still annoying to navigate the episodes list.

2. When new episodes get uploaded, the video keeps freezing but audio continues im the background so will end up to reset app multiple times to watch in full as a workaround.

3. It is hard to navigate episodes from a show in the app, like if you want to watch continuously, it wont let you, and you have to pick the episodes one by one.

4. Also, each series episodes seem to be only playing in 10 minute increments, they show more of what happened in past episodes and opening credits than new content.

5. I wish it could be developed just like how netflix plays their episodes, it automatically jumps to the next episode.

6. some episode on the english subtitle shows are not even loaded yet, it's so annoying to wait for them to get updated.

7. I usually watch on my phone and now it won't display in my phone's whole screen when playing an episode.

8. My mom, a senior citizen is having difficulty navigating the episodes list, the text size are too small now.

9. I'm happy watching all the shows again! ------------------ The recent update is hard to navigate.

10. New episodes don't get uploaded on time ( faster on youtube and its free).

11. I pay $22.99 a month but i sometimes get "not a subscriber" when trying to watch new episode.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix iWantTFC Issues

1. Fix iWantTFC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart iWantTFC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the iWantTFC App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iWantTFC" » Open iWantTFC » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iWantTFC » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear iWantTFC app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iWantTFC servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iWantTFC" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check iWantTFC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iWantTFC might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall iWantTFC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iWantTFC then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iWantTFC not working


2. Fix iWantTFC Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iWantTFC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iWantTFC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iWantTFC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I just realized You have been charging me twice a month for the longest time now. My previous email address, gertiesantos@redacted which I used t when I first subscribe got corrupted and I could no longer access your channel. Thinking that the account has been voided since the email address no longer exists, I re subscribe using my new email which is gertiesantos71@redacted. I was able to access your channel with this but I never realized that the old one never got cancelled or voided. So for over a year you have been charging me twice a month which I just found out after now going through my bank acct statements. I have never encountered a business without a phone #. It is very hard to get in touch with you but I want the 2 existing subscriptions cancelled now and I want a refund for all the double charges on my account. Please respond asap or I will be forced to seek help from other sources. Thank you.
