1. I searched for a particular set issued in 1966 and got nothing.Quite complicated to use even when giving the correct name of the stamp Search cannot be found also does not give you value of any stamps as stated in the app maybe unless you update to a premium subscription which I don't risk due to the false information giving about the appThe app does a great Job! Nothing is perfect, and besides what would all " the glass is half empty " people complain about if life was perfect! Probably complain that life is perfect!!! 😊 Thank you for creating the app! I love it!Very useful app.

2. I will be delighted to change it to 5* if things I've mentioned up change.Fantastic app! Without this app I wouldn't even know where to start searching what some of stamps I have are even called.

3. Their are some stamps that are not in the app but I would say 98% of the stamps are in this app that I have.I like the look of this app but scanning doesn't seem to work and I quite figure out how search works.

4. Grrr... not great...I liked the idea of this app However it only had stamps available from a few countries aka germany.

5. My suggestion...keep the 3 states (Swi, Ger, Aus) but make it complete, rather then advertise 60+ but missing data, pictures, etc.

1. Fix Stamp-Manager Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Stamp-Manager: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Stamp-Manager App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Stamp-Manager" » Open Stamp-Manager » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Stamp-Manager » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Stamp-Manager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Stamp-Manager servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Stamp-Manager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Stamp-Manager app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Stamp-Manager might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Stamp-Manager. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Stamp-Manager then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Stamp-Manager not working

2. Fix Stamp-Manager Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Stamp-Manager be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Stamp-Manager not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Stamp-Manager may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
