1. Unfortunately, the videos freeze quite often and I can't reload.The x button that ends the tutorial when I first open the app , is located under the front camera! Please fix that , because I can't use the app Galaxy s10 plus.Very useful application, as well as a wide guide of all Palestine.Palestine is one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

1. Fix Palestine VR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Palestine VR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Palestine VR App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Palestine VR" » Open Palestine VR » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Palestine VR » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Palestine VR app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Palestine VR servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Palestine VR" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Palestine VR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Palestine VR might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Palestine VR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Palestine VR then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Palestine VR not working
