Why should I report an Issue with Roleplay Chat?

1. I tried and clicked on settings, profile, everything and there was no option to delete it.mmmmnnn....this server could use a little work, when I joined, i was kinda surprised, and a lot of the people were kinda strange, but a lot of other people were nice and actually roleplayed.

2. I do not like how you cannot search rooms, and I also do not like that you cannot change your profile pic unless you upgrade your chat which makes you install another freaking app to purchase an upgrade, A waste of time don't install.

3. Also the character limit is very stupid for roleplayers who Acctually add detail into their writing instend of just going "* she sat down on the chair*" but most of all its not easy to find and make group chats that suit you.

4. The roleplays you can do are all available! It's an amazing app!I had to give this two stars because I want to use this for story role playing and I can't change my profile picture to make my character.

5. I wish you could detect if someone wasnt role-playing or not since this is made for that, either that or have something where we could say someone isnt using the app rightover all it's not a great app, it needs alot of work and alot of new features, the set up is not great.

7. as being a German, I find this bad to chat with English-speaking people.

8. For one, it's not very good at orginizing categories therefore I can't find many roleplayers who share interests or are in my league.

1. Fix Roleplay Chat Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Roleplay Chat: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Roleplay Chat App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Roleplay Chat" » Open Roleplay Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Roleplay Chat » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Roleplay Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Roleplay Chat servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Roleplay Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Roleplay Chat app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Roleplay Chat might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Roleplay Chat. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Roleplay Chat then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Roleplay Chat not working

2. Fix Roleplay Chat Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Roleplay Chat be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Roleplay Chat not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Roleplay Chat may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
