1. the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because one of the options for a question under Collision Avoidance has an answer in Arabic(which happens to be the correct answer) and once I go to my home screen and get back on the PSTAR app all the options change to French and I have to close the app and lose my progress.What you would expect.

2. Friendly customer support.Pretty worthless as a free app but it's a good value if you pay to unlock it.great app! only issue I had was that I had to turn off updates on it as it wouldn't work after it updated in pixel 3.

1. Fix PSTAR Exam Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PSTAR Exam: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PSTAR Exam App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PSTAR Exam" » Open PSTAR Exam - Transport Canada » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PSTAR Exam » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PSTAR Exam - Transport Canada app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PSTAR Exam servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PSTAR Exam - Transport Canada" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PSTAR Exam app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PSTAR Exam might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PSTAR Exam. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PSTAR Exam then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PSTAR Exam not working
