1. Amazing for anyone trying to get top third of their class.The app works great, however it is rather frustrating that it does not allow speed control for the videos which are present on the website.This has been an excellent supplement for doing 1L class readings.

2. Having said that, accuracy does not mean one does not need to read with care! I will continue to use Quimbee until graduation!Pretty useful, I love quimbee! However, you should put an option for captions on the videos.

1. Fix Quimbee Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Quimbee: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Quimbee App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Quimbee" » Open Quimbee » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Quimbee » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Quimbee app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Quimbee servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Quimbee" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Quimbee app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Quimbee might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Quimbee. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Quimbee then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Quimbee not working

2. Fix Quimbee Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Quimbee be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Quimbee not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Quimbee may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
