I really want to use this for a project, but cant use the clips out of sync like this.i wish i can give 5 star but this app still needs development but really i want to say you have done great job i know how hard it is to do low polly modeling i loved it wish you can put further updates so we can use it in various place.it's pretty good.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Didimo Xperience Issues

1. Fix Didimo Xperience Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Didimo Xperience: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Didimo Xperience App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Didimo Xperience" » Open Didimo Xperience » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Didimo Xperience » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Didimo Xperience app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Didimo Xperience servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Didimo Xperience" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Didimo Xperience app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Didimo Xperience might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Didimo Xperience. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Didimo Xperience then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Didimo Xperience not working


2. Fix Didimo Xperience Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Didimo Xperience be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Didimo Xperience not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Didimo Xperience may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
