1. android version seems to be lagging far behind the iPhone versions of the app, both instructor and learnerIt appears laerdal have changed the compatable devices without telling customers as my tablet worked fine previously, now doesnt cinq at all to my tablet which was purchased specifically to use with the qcpr, highly frustrating and dissapointing not worth purchasing unless you want unreliable equipment that doesnt work after updating.

However I can no longer access the app on my Samsung A5 as it is no longer compatible.........very very annoying.Just upgraded 2 of my Anne's with the QCPR, a great tool for training it works fine on Samsung, did have a bit of a problem with Sony had to going to the settings and set it as visible and its all ok will do the last 2 next mouthThe breaths are rarely recognized and if they are recognized, its when gastric inflation would have occurred on a human.

3. This, app does not work with my Huawei Mate Pro rendering my little anne qcpr upgrade kit a waste of money.

4. When purchasing, we knew it was available for use with android devices, so we bought small android tablets only to discover that they wouldn't work.

5. When it works, it's great and learners love it, but having spent a lot of money on the QCPR gear, this is shockingly bad quality.

6. I've tried this app on quite a few different types and brands of phone, on most it won't even recognise the manikin, and when it does, the app just says 'start when ready' but then that text stays instead of the app itself starting.

1. Fix QCPR Learner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart QCPR Learner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the QCPR Learner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "QCPR Learner" » Open QCPR Learner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for QCPR Learner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear QCPR Learner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from QCPR Learner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "QCPR Learner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check QCPR Learner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, QCPR Learner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall QCPR Learner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall QCPR Learner then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing QCPR Learner not working

2. Fix QCPR Learner Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make QCPR Learner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to QCPR Learner not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, QCPR Learner may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
