1. As of late, I'm believing since this last update, my DVR only holds 14 days of recordings, the app doesn't open and the rare times that it do, it says "cameras receiving data" then it just shows an "X" in each camera view.
2. Tried to call them multiple times, left multiple messages, I never received a return phone call from either customer service or Tech support.
3. Please fix this android app issue asap!... a truly intuitive APP that is so handy for monitoring security cameras at multiple locations and giving an owner peace of mind.
4. It's not pilot error if it's working, than next time it's on at the same location with the same wifi reception and a beautiful new phone or pc, it will still give you issues starting.
5. So did upgrade now I get no alerts and none of my Event Management setting dont work now? Not a new happy customer.. Not to mention my brand new NVR box HDMI port doesnt work correctly.
6. Find a company with better app supportApp was working normally for over a year then just in the past couple weeks of April 2019 it just stopped connecting to remote cameras.
7. The NV99 box is actually a Hikvision clone so this app should also work with those.Great app until the update on October 21, 2019.
8. The "trick" is to capture a few setup notes and screen captures.This was a great app, I could see my live cameras at anytime.
9. ...have had no issues for over 4 years -- even when accessing from multiple locations overseas or multiple domestic locations.
10. It says Network Exception error and issues with logging into PT cloud.
11. I was pleased to find this app as none of the LaView apps will actually work with my box.
Remote playback does not work on the APP. I never had any issues with the APP. Been using it for years.
Is there an issue with the playback?
My cameras on the app have been down sinch late march however i still have access on the desktop at my house and shop. I've tried to reach out to the guy that installed the cameras and have had no luck contacting him, I figured there has to be an issue with the app maybe I have to register on the cloud which I wasn't before but these cameras are my life and I was really hoping that you would be able to help me get back online with my phone. Thank you
We are installing the NVMS 7000 camera system on a clients computer, but I can not get it to discover any cameras on the domain. Any help would be appreciated.
I cannot make my cameras work on my cell phone they work on my wife's phone.
