1. U can t answer meLove the app, but it crashes constantly! Please fix the crashing issue! Nearly unusable some days.not good.change country needs to pay for..this app same camsurf which allows to change country free.and same users who use this is inside the other app..that means the two use same server.also same fake girls that showing ther nip.....who appear here ..appear ther.😅Was happy but received a wake-up call not to continue since amount was auto debited from my account even after cancelling the subscription 6 days before the actual renewal date.

2. Also freezing of the matched person video besides having a good network quality.Good app but now I can't start or use the app I don't know why? First time when I downloaded it use afterall now when I reinstall the app or want to use it again it can not working why ? Constantly only one messege shows can't connect the server try again letter why? Is there any specific reason.

3. The subscription supposedly gives you gender filter, and that might help... the reviews regarding purchasing a subscription for this app seems negative, and I'm hesitant to try.Never buy a premium membership.

4. I raised complain to Google Support with proof and asked to ban this app for which i got reply that they are looking into this matter.Great app! Had some technical difficulties where I didn't get my subscription.

5. Canceled subscription on 11.11.2022 but still amount was auto debited from my account on 17.11.2022 for subscription renewal.

8. They asked me to send Order id which i sent them but still they had not solved my problem.I repeatedly sent many mails regarding the issue but no reply.

9. The mic doesn't work, I'm a premium user and I have chatted with the customer service but no solution telling me that they will escalates this to the engineers.

10. I had paid for chatrandom plus membership for a month but they cancelled my membership in 10 days only.

1. Fix Chatrandom Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Chatrandom: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Chatrandom App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Chatrandom" » Open Chatrandom: Random Video Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Chatrandom » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Chatrandom: Random Video Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Chatrandom servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Chatrandom: Random Video Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Chatrandom app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Chatrandom might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Chatrandom. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Chatrandom then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Chatrandom not working

2. Fix Chatrandom Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Chatrandom be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Chatrandom not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Chatrandom may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
