1. I must recommend people not install this app.I wish I could like it and/or give it 5 stars, but even with a great phone and great connection all it seems to do is stop and buffer.

2. The self defense section, although aimed at trained participants, is very good and they do break it down for the untrained viewer.This app has a lot of great content and is super easy to use.

3. I've watched some training moments posted on RecoilTV which have reminded me of good habits I've kept and bad habits I've settled into whether it's because of comfort or old ways of training which I held on to.

1. Fix RecoilTV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RecoilTV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RecoilTV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RecoilTV" » Open RecoilTV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RecoilTV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RecoilTV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RecoilTV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RecoilTV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RecoilTV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RecoilTV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RecoilTV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RecoilTV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RecoilTV not working

2. Fix RecoilTV Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RecoilTV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RecoilTV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RecoilTV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
