Furthermore, the driver who finally picked me up was unfriendly and even told me not to engage in conversation.Used before no problem, used the other day for a pre-booked fare driver cancelled and then the live driver that was on his way drove past and kept going! Appalling service will never use again, had to book an uber and was late for flight!!I always book a night before for the morning, and they still turn up late! I've had to cancel many times! Making me late for work!!!Big disappointment- don't seem able to search destination by map / street name search is not helpful as a long list is produced only post code seems to provide any resultsa very well polite taxi driver also a very good driver arrived to my destination safe and sound.
2. I also felt safe with his driving.Very good service and fast pick ups after booking with polite and helpful drivers!There's no point selecting your location with the pin as the driver doesn't receive that information.
3. I pre-booked a taxi on Tuesday night through this app to take me to the rail station on Wednesday morning and waited for 10 minutes after the due pick up time and the taxi still did not arrive so I cancelled and went with bolt.
4. I had a hard time finding the details of my ride (e.g, car description and reg number) on the app after the booking was confirmed.Terrible lately !! Even if you pre-book a taxi you're still waiting ages for one.
5. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.I made a taxi reservation seven hours in advance for 8:05 AM today.
6. This is not the first time this has happened, as the taxis from Gocarz have consistently been late when I book a ride to my dest.
