Why should I report an Issue with AstroUniversa - The Horoscope ?

2. The only indication it gave was a non-descript pop-up diagnostic box that said "object Object." That was *IT*.Seems like it might be an ok app, but you have to pay for pretty much everything so never really had an opportunity to know if it's even worth it to pay for more.

3. But now a white screen of death is all I'm getting.After paying for this app it just flashes to a white screen then exits me out.

4. I opened the app, the screen defaults out with an undefined darkening and blocks interactivity.

5. Thank you for your creation! Colors, background, decorations, appearances... they are all perfect.

6. According to me, this app is easy to user, but some closed-mind people will find it hard 😂.

1. Fix AstroUniversa Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AstroUniversa: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AstroUniversa App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AstroUniversa" » Open AstroUniversa - The Horoscope » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AstroUniversa » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AstroUniversa - The Horoscope app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AstroUniversa servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AstroUniversa - The Horoscope " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AstroUniversa app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AstroUniversa might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AstroUniversa. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AstroUniversa then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AstroUniversa not working

2. Fix AstroUniversa Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AstroUniversa be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AstroUniversa not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AstroUniversa may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
