Also needs the option to have breathing cues made by gentle instruments like a bell instead of only male and female voices.(Edit) I fully recommended reaching out for any problem you could have with the app! I can use the app again and it has helped me so much to breathe when having anxiety and panic attacks.

8. Custom exercise wasn't responding when changing the settings in the menu but reloaded the app and it works fine now.
9. Best way to energize the start of my day or wind down before bed! Love that there are daily reminders, it helps cut through everyday distractions.
