1. PictoTEA is a 100% free application, specially designed to help people who have ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), PDD (Generalized Developmental Disorder), Autism or any condition that affects social and communication skills to communicate.

2. PictoTEA allows you to customize the application according to 6 stages with different degrees of difficulty, so that as the person advances in learning he can use more pictograms, categories and even build phrases.

3. The app seeks to use technology for the inclusion of people with ASD thus facilitating communication with their environment through communication by digital pictograms instead of physical cards.

4. The functionality to add own pictograms is also available, allowing each user to customize the catalog.

5. The pictograms that come when installing PictoTEA are from ARASAAC of the Government of Aragon, Spain.

6. In this first version the chat functionality and reports are not yet available but they will be available very soon.

2. This app helped me a lot to comunicate with my young brother!Excelente app, con ella pudimos ayudar a nuestro hijo a comunicarse..No me deja cambiar al Español aunque lo ponga.

4. No tengo idea de TEA, pero tal vez sea gratificante escuchar su voz en lugar de una artificial.

5. Al cambiar el idioma de mi celular de español a inglés, si se cambió el idioma de la app.

6. Como sugerencia, estaría bueno poder grabar tu voz y dejarla asociada al objeto.

1. Fix PictoTEA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PictoTEA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PictoTEA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PictoTEA" » Open PictoTEA » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PictoTEA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PictoTEA app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PictoTEA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PictoTEA" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PictoTEA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PictoTEA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PictoTEA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PictoTEA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PictoTEA not working

2. Fix PictoTEA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PictoTEA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PictoTEA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PictoTEA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
