Schmick Customer Insights

1. Phone number required isn't really an issue as this is how they filter through bots.A reviewer mentioned how removal of pms removes the possibility of two people who really have a connection to get intimate.with one another, quite a lazy overcorrection that prevents long term use.

2. Needs more users but, beyond that the content moderation really works! It's a great app! It's like an app for people who don't want the stress of social media, but want the social aspect.

3. Like messeges that are sent without initial interaction are categorized differently from messages sent by users who have already chatted a bit, the latter actually pops up as a notificationThis app does well to monitor fishy interactions that whisper had but also discourages some of the support old whisper had.

4. Removal of DMs is bold and will keep everything clean but in my opinion that makes things boring and prevents people who could have shared a connection from ever getting too intimate.

5. In my opinion its a little lazy about how it chooses to enforce and I dont really see much of a point in prolonged use of this app.Pretty good app in a lot of ways, but the karma/voting system needs massively tweaked.

6. The voting appears to be intended to promote positive conversation/productive topics, but depending upon your local politics, it's super easy for bad faith actors to bury topics into oblivion.

7. Three disgruntled people can delete comments en masse without ever posting themselves, and if your political stance is out of step with the local status quo, don't even bother posting anything political.

8. Stick to Whisper or Reddit not worth the headache. This app is very good in terms of regulating spam and removing inappropiate posts and mesaages.

9. This app is to Whisper what Bumble is to Tinder: a more complicated and pretentious alternative with less ease of access and significantly less active users.

10. Maybe adding a chat system that empowers the users to easily filter out the bs woukd help.

11. The devs have clearly done their research on anonymous apps and are doing an excellent job on maintaining a space for everyone to share what they want without any judgement.
