1. My wife's iPad Pro and her Apple iPhone 8s were able to connect via our home Wifi...HOWEVER, neither device could display the video...but we could hear the synchronized music....bummer. Seller's lame response to reviews not helpful.Would not let me connect to see the event.
2. Too bad cause we were hoping it would sync to the show we were trying to watch.Trying to use the app for 4th of July 2020 and it keeps crashing....way to goGreat cause you can sit wherever and still hear musicExcellent in League City Texas! God bless America! Happy 4th to all.Great app, works fine.
3. About half way through the show, I was finally able to connect, and then the experience was really nice! I will try to use again at the next available event.Could not connect to Sky Wonder servers.
4. Tried to watch 'Walden on Lake Conroe' 7/4/2020 fireworks, however, my Samsung Galaxy S9+ could not connect to the servers.
5. At the time of the event it says to shut off my Wifi and to use 3G...BUT I have 4G and it still wouldn't let me connect.
6. I tried using both my home WiFi (400Mbps) and my Verizon 4g network....but still couldn't connect.
7. Countdown timer was off by several minutes.Appreciated being able to download and hear the synchronized music to the fireworks.
8. Initially could not connect to servers....probably overloaded and insufficient resources allocated to the service.
9. Awesome experience!Won't connect.
