Only word for this app is अतुल्य 💯App management not good... contents are not in the respective folders this is very time consuming to find exercise and notes ... video downloading option should be added there so we can see videos...

2. Hope sir will bring us a video quality option in later updates.Christopher sir is the best.. but, sir resolve some technical issues.. I can't watch live lectures.. when I watch lecture and when I use speedometer... After every 2-3 seconds video is getting paused for 1-2 seconds.

3. At last congratulations sir.I am proud of this *learning* App and the team of PenPencil *which* developed it at short notice and is *working hard to better* it every day to meet the requirements of around 25000 students taking live classes everyday.

4. While watching video, although I have a good internet connection, there is a buffering problem after every 4-5 seconds since the 9th July lecture.

1. Fix Christophers Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Christophers: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Christophers App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Christophers" » Open Christophers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Christophers » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Christophers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Christophers servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Christophers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Christophers app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Christophers might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Christophers. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Christophers then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Christophers not working

2. Fix Christophers Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Christophers be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Christophers not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Christophers may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
