1. In other words, if you started 3 months ago, in your weight loss journey, TOO BAD; according to the app, you started today and anything before today isn't counted 😡Getting watch to stay connected to App is nearly impossible! Doesn't simply reconnect using sync, you literally have to log out to save data and uninstall app redownload and reconnect during initial app set up.
2. When I then look at the weight screen the weight displayed is my weight from 2 months ago.No calls! I can receive texts but it never...NEVER has alerted me to my phone ringing! I've emailed the customer service but they want me to call them on a different phone that I DONT HAVE to walk me through what is surely going to be reloading the app...which I have done 6 times in order to get this watch to recognize calls.
3. Obvoiusly my phone and watch are communicating, but there is a bug there.CONNECTIVITY ISSUE? Tip: Force stop the XFIVE app in app settings, then reopen the app with your watch screen turned on (I usually have it on the pull-down menu, so I can see when it connects).
4. The default watch face doesn't show heart rate or number of steps taken.
5. Reading the reviews, it sounds like you people at X-Five need to get it together if all these buyers are having the SAME issue. This watch feels like a beta-test product.
6. When updated, it doesn't have different watch faces anymore to select.
7. CONSTANTLY, as in on A DAILY BASIS, loses connectivity with the watch, which means that it is constantly losing all of your data and info.
8. I would love the watch to notify me of Google Calendar (or ANY calendar) events, but that does not appear to be an option. It's garbage.
9. When my wife bought me the watch the app that came with the watch was a little difficult to connect with initially but it then worked fine.
10. It would've been nice if the default watch face was the digital one.
11. I reset the watch, uninstall the app and reinstalled it but still no watch faces.
