1. for those who dont know , the app presents many Clinical pages , compiled as a succinct notes on diseases and procedures , there also a segment featuring Recommendation for antibiotics based on diseases and many more awesome featuresI am a brand new provider so my experience is limited but I really like the format and the information that is displayed.

2. I will be looking for an alternative until the app is fixed.Great content but major bug issues on Galaxy s21 1) when scrolling long pages app freezes 2) if you scroll through a page, back out of it, and then try to return to the same page, the page will have no content (blank white page) .

3. The annoying thing is it has to "rebuild"/update practically every time I use it (since I only go in every few weeks or less), which makes it basically unusable on those occasions.It's so good, almost everything you need to know in ER in one app.

5. I work in the UK so some of the treatments are very American based but the main reason I love this is for the differentials list for any disease.

6. The search function is very challenging now - for example, you can no longer search "UTI", you have to type "acute cystitis." If your search term isn't perfect it will not work.

1. Fix WikEM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WikEM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WikEM App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WikEM" » Open WikEM - Emergency Medicine » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WikEM » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WikEM - Emergency Medicine app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WikEM servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WikEM - Emergency Medicine" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WikEM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WikEM might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WikEM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WikEM then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WikEM not working

2. Fix WikEM Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WikEM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WikEM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WikEM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
