Why should I report an Issue with Free Karaoke - Sing Karaoke Record?

It doesn't seems like the feedback of 3 below, I open the app's and found no English words and when go to settings no option of changing languages and worst of it I search for the song's 'Words' by Boyzone but it's spin to find the song for more than 1 minutes so I came here to find the truth, I meant is it for Chinese only and the raters are all Chinese or Japanese but they look like Indians and Americans and so I'm confused why a famouse songs to search 2 to 1 minutes,fix itBrilliant app, not had a song yet that it can't play or find, some do say no longer available but there has always been an alternative so far.

I just finished recording and I try view it and I don't hear my voice I'm very disappointed I am doing this app and never downloading it again this is the most horrible app I ever downloaded I can't believe you guys screw this up I was so excited to sing my favorite songs and now you just made me upset thanks a lot fix your problems.Very nice, keeping one ear bud, dilating mouth piece to the lengh between mouth and ear, sing according to the music volume, nice record can begained, duddenly this got stopped recording Donot know how to rectify it please help Now it is ok, sharing to face book is to be requested.

I'm on a huawei p20 if that helps but entirely sure it is nothing to do with my phone (ads worked fine, remember!).I love this app but it's not the best....it has alot of adds and then it has different songs not the songs that you are looking for it's ok...and I still love it u guys should download it does have your songs that you want but no in karaoke mode!!...but it's really good either way..I'm giving this app a zero.

I'm deleting this app as soon as I get done with this review, once agian, "DON'T WASTE TIME, EFFORT OR ANYTHING ELSE ON THIS BIG TIME LOSER APP"This app has all the songs you are looking for it's just when you record the songs you can barely hear them and everytime i tried to do something an ad would pop up and it was annoying if i were you i would not even install this app It is a waste of time and its very terrible.Awful as doesn't work at all.

5. It doesn't even give what it promises, half the song have been blocked or banned from being played and thier so called search can't even find itself.

6. If the developers correct this right then would be great.... for now it is an incomplete app.To the people that are trying to find karaoke choose this one it is really good.

7. My reason was because I got to hear how I sound and I was able to find the song, so you can to.

10. During recording just hear music, but when listening to recordings only recorded voice... very strange and frustrating.

11. App appears in sync well, an odd word wrong in the lyrics I've found but nothing too major, would highly recommend! *****This has to be the worst I've seen and I seen some real losers.

1. Fix Free Karaoke Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Free Karaoke: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Free Karaoke App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Free Karaoke" » Open Free Karaoke - Sing Karaoke Record » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Free Karaoke » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Free Karaoke - Sing Karaoke Record app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Free Karaoke servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Free Karaoke - Sing Karaoke Record" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Free Karaoke app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Free Karaoke might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Free Karaoke. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Free Karaoke then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Free Karaoke not working

2. Fix Free Karaoke Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Free Karaoke be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Free Karaoke not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Free Karaoke may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
