Why should I report an Issue with Reface: Face Swap AI Photo App?

1. At this point I plan to delete it as it is no longer worth the effort for mediocre resultsI bought this app about a year ago and loved it! A large selection of movie clips, movie posters, and songs for animating your own pics.

2. *Duo animations are gone *would be nice to be able to search through animations instead of having to scroll through the entire library of options.

3. I hope this is just a glitch!I've always been a staunch supporter of this app, but the menu with the options disappeared after the last design upgrade and I talked to support and I was told to reinstall the app 4 times and I'd lose all my stored data.

4. A recent update makes it harder to search animations (custom and songs) for your pictures.

5. You could search for almost any movie or TV show and find a clip you could use.

6. But somewhere in the last couple of weeks, the search feature seems to have broken.

7. Did you guys change something?Upgrades have made it more of a challenge to search and create.

8. For example, I search for Hannibal Lector and the results are about a dozen different clowns.

9. Used to be where you wouldn't have to search, save, and upload a image...the search function in the app itself was more the sufficient.

10. Can no longer search and find images easily anymore.

11. Some of the most generic search terms don't give any meaningful results.

1. Fix Reface Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Reface: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Reface App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Reface" » Open Reface: Face Swap AI Photo App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Reface » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Reface: Face Swap AI Photo App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Reface servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Reface: Face Swap AI Photo App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Reface app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Reface might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Reface. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Reface then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Reface not working

2. Fix Reface Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Reface be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Reface not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Reface may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
