1. I've been denied benefits due to inability to get documents in on time simply because the portal won't work.UPDATED: App is working properly & the new features are great! Love being able to see my balance & transactions without making a phone call...able to delete an app (that have the info) and free up some phone space.

I log in to try to renew my benefits and there's no option to renew and it just keeps on circling over and over I had to call and renew over the phone and then try 7 times through the app to upload the pictures because the app kept on crashing The Web version isn't any better Too many bugsThis app could be very helpful, but at times it is extremely frustrating.
3. Opted for pdf scanned forms taken from my phone to upload and I got the same repeat error over and over that they were unable to upload documents at this time, please try again later.

7. The option to take a photo doesn't keep the whole picture in view that you take, locating information in the app depending on what it is could be better, and documents that need updating can be viewed but not filled out through the app.
8. Oh, I HATE that you can basically only go Forward OR Backward to whichever page/section of the Application you are trying to complete, instead of being able to jump from section to section! That alone makes completing the entire App a nightmare.
9. the portal to send documents, however, is extremely frustrating as it never seems to work correctly.
10. Finally with last update, you are able to copy and send upto 10 images at one time.
11. I lost more information backing up to reach the pages I had to change.Pictures of forms from the app are absolutely unusable.
Everytime I try to log in, it doesn't work. It asks me for my 3 security questions and I know I type the correct answers in and it says they're not correct.

I need this account deleted, I am unable to use this account. I Filed for the SNAP and Medicare and never got a response for this office in Port Arthur Texas. I went to the office 4 times and was told I could not get emergency stamps and I had to wait for the card in the mail. I never got an interview so I called and got the interview and I still didn't get a card in the mail. After 75 days they finally gave me a card the card was cloned and all of my stamps was stolen on my second deposit. So I called the fraud deposit and canceled the card and was issued a new card. I was issued the new card in the mail and received it in 5 days. The fraud department informed me that there was never a card mailed out to me. I would like to delete my Texas Benefits Account because it will not let me confirm my identity and it will not let me make any changes to my submitted application nor will it let me cancel the applications. I messed up on my application and I need it to be canceled and the only other way I can think of getting it canceled is by deleting my whole account.
