Why should I report an Issue with MSent - Send Mail to Inmates?

1. My letter was sent to the wrong person at the wrong facility and they did not respond to me when I emailed them.Ive been waiting since 10/21 for my letter to be sent out but it still hasn't it was supposed to be done and received in a matter of days but it just always has in progress you try to leave a message with their support and it says there's some technical I tried leaving a message on their Facebook no one contacts me back I left an instant message finally when I said I was going to report them they said report us for what and that's all I've heard I'm pissedIt was easy to use but my letter was tracked to a different location not where I sent too been trying to get a hold of anybody here nobody reply wether it's through email , Facebook, Instagram!!!! Seems convenient but why even bother spending 5$ for nothing !!!!!It don't work.

2. It charges you but your message gets stuck on being processed but never gets sent I want my money back but if you try the send feedback option that never sends either it's nothing more than a scamUsed to work great, until my most recent order.

3. SmhGreat app! Works as advertised and so easy to communicate and send pictures!I sent my letter and pictures on January 1, 2021 and i payed $4.99 and it still says its in progress I dont understand.

4. Hats off to "MSent Team".Love this app! they do all the work! Had an issue, they (Nick(:) handled it super fast! Glad my friend had me check it out(:Horrible experience they stole my money and pictures.

5. Reached out to customer service multiple times via different avenues with no response at all whatsoever.Super easy to use, and was even able to track it through USPS.

6. It does not take into consideration that there might be 2 people with the same name at 2 different facilities.

7. Order hasn't shipped now 2 weeks after placing it.

8. This app does not let you put in the address to who your sending to.

9. No response from help desk.

10. The email actually bounces back as it not working.

1. Fix MSent Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MSent: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MSent App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MSent" » Open MSent - Send Mail to Inmates » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MSent » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MSent - Send Mail to Inmates app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MSent servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MSent - Send Mail to Inmates" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MSent app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MSent might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MSent. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MSent then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MSent not working

2. Fix MSent Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MSent be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MSent not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MSent may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
