1. Update: It's been a couple of days and still nothing different I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and it still won't work, I really want this to be fixed Update 2: it works all of the sudden, I have no idea what I did, one problem still, I don't receive notifications and their on.I mean it was good at first, but then it started glitching out.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix sendit Issues
1. Fix sendit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart sendit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the sendit App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "sendit" » Open sendit » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for sendit » click "UPDATE".
- Clear sendit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from sendit servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "sendit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check sendit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, sendit might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall sendit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall sendit then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing sendit not working
2. Fix sendit Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make sendit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to sendit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, sendit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

My app say I have 7 messages yet when I open the app nothing shows up.

I get the notifications that someone has responded to my send it but when i click on it and go to my inbox i cant see the sendits. Whenever I go to inbox it jsut shows a loading sign until i click off of it.
I try to send sendits in but anytime I do people say they do not receive them hoe do I fix it.

Here recently I’ve been getting notifications that I have multiple sendits but when I go into the app there are no new messages.? I’ve updated the app multiple times & it will still do the same thing. The only time I get to see the messages & respond is when I post “Ask me anything” on my snap story.

I have just bought the $13.00 pass to see who had written a very disturbing and hurtful message, this pass DID NOT help at all and it has made many people feel uncomfortable. I can give you my snapchat details or anything of that sort just to find out who said what. I am really unhappy with this purchase and I will definitely not recommend it to anyone else. Do better.
Send it to really needs to have a subscription where you can pay to see who actually since you these anonymous messages. I have been getting harassed and I want to know who is behind these inappropriate messages.So that way I can block them on all my social media. The 1.99 a week doesn’t do nothing but just shows their location and that they have a iPhone that’s useless to me they should have a subscription I don’t care how much it cost 2.99 or 3.99 so that way you’re Not exposing people to getting Getting harassed or bully.
