1. Update: It's been a couple of days and still nothing different I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and it still won't work, I really want this to be fixed Update 2: it works all of the sudden, I have no idea what I did, one problem still, I don't receive notifications and their on.I mean it was good at first, but then it started glitching out.
2. I would recommend using a different applicationIt used to work perfectly fine but now whenever I open it it just shows a black screen, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but that didn't seem to work, I'll update this if it get fixed.
3. This new update is confusing and needs to change back.Pretty cool concept and I love the features...however whenever I receive a message, it will appear in my inbox, but then I receive notifications that I have new messages/trophies and when I open the app they aren't there.
4. Because sometimes the sendits don't come through to sendit but they come through to your phone.I like this app it's great! Sure keeps my story busy but not everyone does then which is sad but it's pretty fun to do on other people's stories and it's fun to answer your own as well.
5. 1) The app does not always send me notifications when someone sends me a message 2) when I try and go to the app through my notifications, it just takes me back to snapThe concept of this app is very intriguing, and when it works is fun and interactive.
6. I have emailed Sendit and they said they were fixing it, but I haven't seen any results yet.Works just like it's supposed to.....almost. When it comes to editing text whenever I try to make a send it, everything is kinda buggy.
7. If y'all could email me, I could send y'all a screen recording of what's going on.When I use this app I get a lot of sendits, this makes it fun to answer questions that most people won't ask or say to me face to face.
8. I've checked the WiFi connection, I've restarted my phone, I've even uninstalled and reinstalled it and it still gives me the gray screen every now and then.
9. I got notifications for the app, but when I click on the notifications, my screen stays on where I clicked on the notification and doesn't bring me to the app.
10. I've got 3 notifications since then, but when i open my inbox nothing shows up.
11. But when I go to the inbox, it just says that I have no new messages and shows me a pink button saying get more messages.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix sendit Issues
1. Fix sendit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart sendit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the sendit App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "sendit" » Open sendit » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for sendit » click "UPDATE".
- Clear sendit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from sendit servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "sendit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check sendit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, sendit might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall sendit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall sendit then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing sendit not working
2. Fix sendit Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make sendit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to sendit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, sendit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I get the notifications that someone has responded to my send it but when i click on it and go to my inbox i cant see the sendits. Whenever I go to inbox it jsut shows a loading sign until i click off of it.

Here recently I’ve been getting notifications that I have multiple sendits but when I go into the app there are no new messages.? I’ve updated the app multiple times & it will still do the same thing. The only time I get to see the messages & respond is when I post “Ask me anything” on my snap story.

Every time I try to respond to a friend's sendit off of their snap story instead of letting me respond it tells me about the privacy policy. I have just bought the $13.00 pass to see who had written a very disturbing and hurtful message, this pass DID NOT help at all and it has made many people feel uncomfortable. I can give you my snapchat details or anything of that sort just to find out who said what. I am really unhappy with this purchase and I will definitely not recommend it to anyone else. Do better.

Send it to really needs to have a subscription where you can pay to see who actually since you these anonymous messages. I have been getting harassed and I want to know who is behind these inappropriate messages.So that way I can block them on all my social media. The 1.99 a week doesn’t do nothing but just shows their location and that they have a iPhone that’s useless to me they should have a subscription I don’t care how much it cost 2.99 or 3.99 so that way you’re Not exposing people to getting Getting harassed or bully.
