1. Nd Otimalized? Hope wks outIt just didn't do what it said it was going to do, also loads of ads kept coming up......really frustrating & time wasting.Don't ever download zoom on Samsung it's off no use its good to use zoom on other phones rather than in Samsung it only shows other than what we ask for like if we have ask in Samsung it shows zoom guide don't ever tried this app on ur Samsung phones if it's oldNothing to say Plz dont download this app since security is less.

2. I used to love zoom...it was so user friendly...this past weekend around 8-10-20 my version updated- added more silly emojis, more elaborate chat.

1. Fix Setup Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Setup: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Setup App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Setup" » Open Setup for Zoom - how to make cloud meetings » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Setup » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Setup for Zoom - how to make cloud meetings app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Setup servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Setup for Zoom - how to make cloud meetings" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Setup app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Setup might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Setup. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Setup then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Setup not working

2. Fix Setup Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Setup be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Setup not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Setup may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
