1. I'd rather walk to my destination than try using this app again.You NEED to fix the bug - and I can tell you as someone who is a software tester, it IS a bug - that tells the user that their prebooked taxi has had its time updated to a later one when they try to view their booking.

Definitely recommendThey've done quite well updating the app, now they've added a "via" option although it can be a bit of a pain in the arse because every stop along the route the system calls you to tell you your car is outside 🤣 pretty sure I knew that since I just got out of it! 🤣 And no more false starts like "your car is on its way - from Jakarta, or the south coast of Africa!" cracker! 🤣 Apart from that it's quite stable, except for text verification codes, most of them don't arrive at all 🤣Little hiccup with location.
3. However I have twice cancelled a taxi on the app, before the job was accepted, and the driver turned up and charged me 2.50 each time, customer service ignored my emails totally.
4. If you're telling people that their booking has been updated to a later time just because they wish to check their booking, then what good is that?It has a mind of its own.
5. Saw a gushing article in wirral magazine so downloaded and every single time at all times of day Sorry no cabs available in your area.
6. Sometimes I've waited an hour for a taxi without a warning or timer on the app to tell you it is possible there may be huge delays.Useless app.
7. it says it is about a past event, then changes the time of arrival at my house.
8. Then after that constant error messages and unable to book a taxi using the app.
9. But good otherwiseBeen great in the past (on previous phone), but keeps closing when I try to add my new bank card.
10. If you click on save, it adds a few minutes to arrival time.
11. I can't see a help option on the app, so what do I do? I have uninstalled/reinstalled and it still doesn't work.When the service works it is great.
