Why should I report an Issue with Alphablocks: Learn to Read?

1. Pls helpMy brother loves Alphablocks so much! He learns everything he chose, and this app is full of full episodes!!! Keep the good work.Not opening at, with a cross and a black screen when I click on the link... No doubt on YouTube its amazing..... Its fun for kids.Why is it not opening now?I am unable to watch any videos now, whereas last week I was able to access all the videos.My son likes them very much.Even 1 star more for this app!!! Doesn't work at all.

2. 4 yrs old learned reading sentences .but videos at series d and e are not opening .and there is no way to buy the prime version .we loved it and hope to continue .please help usMy 5 year old loves alphablocks and number blocks but, these apps won't work.

3. You guys are AWESOME! These cartoons capture the attention of children and they absolutely LOVE them, and YES, THEY ABSOLUTLY LEARN FROM THEM BIG TIME!! I've bought both the Alphablocks and Numberblocks for my grandchildren because I saw firsthand what a difference they have made in their ability and understanding of reading and math! I haven't found anything more affective at teaching them!My daughter loves to see alphablocks and it helps her also.

The ones that do work are excellent, thanks :) I'll update once we get through them all if anymore don't work.Very nice videos my 4 years old loves them .Will update my review in few weeks with the progress In ten days he started to read words with 3 sounds will continue with it This was really good.

5. She gets into the app, chooses a show and she gets a black screen, white working symbol & red x.Thanks Blue Zoo Productions for making this app free to parents as a resource to help children learn.

6. Can you do something about it? This app used to work earlier.I'm not seeing the learn to read version of ths.

7. Earlier i installed and my kid had the levels red and orange... But now am not getting it and all i see is watch and learn.

1. Fix Alphablocks Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Alphablocks: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Alphablocks App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Alphablocks" » Open Alphablocks: Learn to Read » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Alphablocks » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Alphablocks: Learn to Read app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Alphablocks servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Alphablocks: Learn to Read" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Alphablocks app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Alphablocks might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Alphablocks. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Alphablocks then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Alphablocks not working

2. Fix Alphablocks Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Alphablocks be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Alphablocks not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Alphablocks may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
