1. It's helped push my body to the level I wanted and I don't think I can recommend it enough.10 out of five stars for meThis is a good setup to get started all it needs now is a fitness tracker and the ability to adjust the workout or a way enter in the weight, reps and sets you are working with.
2. Dropped a star purely due to the fact that the list of exercises, though good, is not yet comprehensive.A very good app & has very very good definition on how to execute the xcersice & also has info on which secondary muscles is involve in doing the xcersice I'ld like to suggest that pls add pointers of the muscle in the picture like brachioradialis, brachial etc.
3. Decent appUse this primarily for the illustrations of exercises showing specific muscles being worked, a great tool for visualization whilst working out.
4. I tested and I feel great especially cause I took a 20 years break so I was looking for a start point.
5. PS: training program no 2 for men - what * stands for?Best free exercise library I have tried yet! Only 1 small complaint I have.
6. Otherwise excellent app!Great app, BUT, it's got a whole new level of typos.
7. As many r unaware where the muscle is located otherwise a great appThe best app.
8. Shows different exercises for shoulders, legs, chest, arms etc.
9. This one is great, it's free and very comprehensive.
10. Best of all it has a wide range of routines for beginners to experts and it has really helped me get past a plateau.
11. Not a one stop shop.Really good app.
