1. Why doesn't it work any more ? Sad :)I just updated it, tried it out after months of disuse, couldn't find ANY content in ANY category and just UNINSTALLED it! I think you get the picture!This app used to work great but it sucks now! No internet connection- retry, really? Everything else internet related works.

2. SUCKS plus when you click on forgot password and have to enter those letters numbers to verify says network error and I'm connectedFor a while I've be getting a message that nothing is found in the live section.

I may have to look into the rules of the Play Store to see if they are in violation...... showing content, in those images, that isn't really available.Can't broadcast from my phone because apparently there are issues with some phones that are being worked on, but this app has clearly been abandoned.

5. After not using it for a year or two, I decided to redownload it only to discover no more live feeds and under "recent" feeds about a month old.

6. Would be a 5 if i got it again or they tell me why i can't have it.We were using this app to live stream and save for replay for our shut in church members.

7. This app used to have all sorts of live broadcasts, including a feed from the Space station.

1. Fix Ustream Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ustream: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ustream App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ustream" » Open Ustream » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ustream » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ustream app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ustream servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ustream" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ustream app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ustream might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ustream. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ustream then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ustream not working

2. Fix Ustream Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ustream be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ustream not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ustream may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
