1. It’s buggy, prone to crashing, and will randomly disconnect you from your account and won’t let you reconnect until you restart your tv.When I initially tried to cancel my membership, it popped up a window offering to only pay $3.99/month for six months.
2. I sometimes forget to hit the pause button and then have to figure out where I was in the episode.For some reason subtitles are not available when using Chromecast from your application.
3. Comes the next invoice, I was charged the usual price of $6.99/month. Let me tell you that I cancelled that membership ASAP (ironically the same $3.99/month offer popped up, which I declined).
4. We really would like to watch the available content from this app but it is next to impossible to get through one episode without finally giving up and going to Netflix or Amazon Prime where there are no issues at all.
5. I've ended up switching to the CBC (English) app because it never fails.Update: I can now pay with Google Play cards instead of needing a credit card, but I still want downloads due to my unstable Wifi.
6. 1st review: Subtitles stopped working on Chromecast! Days ago, subtitles (CCs) stopped working on Chromecast.
7. When it's not trying to buffer every 20 seconds, it logs me out saying there was a connection problem and to try later or it says that I have to be suscribed to tou.tv extra which I am, I pay a monthly subscription to have unlimited access and to top it all off I have commercials sometimes.
8. I have watched a series before via the app on Chromecast, and subtitles were available then.
9. I have tried everything from clearing data and cache, unplugging the tv, firestick, router, there is nothing I haven't tried and the problems just continue.
10. Incredibly frustrating and I'll probably cancel after this month alone because I don't have 10 minutes of frustration available to me every other week.
11. Old review: This app crashes a lot, especially if WiFi is unstable, which wouldn't be so bad if it could find where it left off.
I would like to cancel my ici tou.tv subscription.I received an email saying that the price was going up. I didn't't know I had the platform. need to cancel it. it is very cumbersome to follow the online information. just cancel it please .
I can celled my account a few months ago but I am still getting billed on my credit card. Please look into this matter ASAP and refund my $$$ as required. Let me know when you have dealt with this matter.
