Why should I report an Issue with HOOKED - Chat Stories?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I'll change my review once it has been fixed.Stories are alright, but for all of them 30 seconds in, app requires you wait 15 minutes or subscribe for $15 a month (Netflix only costs $10 a month and has a great deal more content).

2. I would have loved to have kept it if at least the majority would offer audio, but the weekly price is ridiculous! You can get a month of Hulu or Netflix for less than that.!Overall, the "new" Hooked isn't worth paying for a subscription or even watching free.

3. This was a great idea, but poorly executed.2 stars bc the short film I was able to watch (Life of the Party) had a good plot and production quality.

4. So - I'd been looking forward to reading Hooked again, but because it's disappointing, I've uninstalled it.I really enjoy the stories and I'm not even bothered by the brief 5 minute wait time every so often.

5. Overall though, I think I really like the app!Terrible, in the stories photos are sent, but you have to pay for a subscription to be able to view them.

6. If these problems were fixed it would be a great app! The storys are intresting!Once I opened the app, it asked what type of stories I preferred.

7. As soon as I pressed that play button, the same ad appeared, and this process repeated until I gave up and tried reinstalling the app, thinking it was a glitch, but I had the same problem again.I was very intrigued by this app , it was very convenient to have the audio.

8. I'll try it out again in a few months or so to see if they were able to work out the glitches.✌I like hooked, its really cool! But sometimes its annoying not being able to see the image unless you pay or waiting 15 minutes between "texts''.

9. Also even if you try to enter you card number it always says that it is invalid or expired although i know for a fact my card is just fine and that the system is messed up! And you cant even finish half the story before it stops and says you have to pay to continue.

10. Another thing you might want to consider is allowing readers to switch the plot (scary, romantic, etc.) throughout the game once they are done with a story.

11. However due to the weekly cost and after I discovered that very very few of them offer the audio feature I decided to cancel my subscription.

1. Fix HOOKED Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HOOKED: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HOOKED App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HOOKED" » Open HOOKED - Chat Stories » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HOOKED » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HOOKED - Chat Stories app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HOOKED servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HOOKED - Chat Stories" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HOOKED app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HOOKED might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HOOKED. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HOOKED then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HOOKED not working

2. Fix HOOKED Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HOOKED be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HOOKED not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HOOKED may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
